RETURN POLICY

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • You have 15 days after delivery date to decide if an item is not right for you. We’ll only accept unused, unworn and unwashed returns. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. If 15 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • The buyer is responsible for any return shipping for any items that are unwanted. A store credit will be issued for items that are simply a change of mind return.
  • We offer free replacements for any incorrect, defective or damaged items received. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us about the incorrect, defective or damaged item within 15 days of delivery. We will require photo evidence of the item.
  • Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
  • All items in the clearance section, marked 60% or more off and free items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Any item not in its original condition for any reason, are not eligible for a refund.
  • We do not offer refunds on missing orders when the tracking states it has been delivered. We do offer re-shipments.
  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package or to the manufacture. This will cancel your return opportunity. Please email info@mytreasurebarn.com for return approval first. 

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

All returns will need to be approved by emailing: info@mytreasurebarn.com.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns will be processed within 15 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your My Treasure Barn account as a credit or to the original payment account per your request.

    Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).

    If you feel your refund is late, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    EXCHANGE

    Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please email your request to our customer service team, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
