Shipping & Delivery
At My Treasure Barn.com we build our relationships with premium manufacturing partners from all over the world. These direct discounts are then passed on directly to you - our amazing customers.
Delivery
Please allow anywhere between 3-5 weeks for your purchase to arrive. Shipping method will vary depending on ordering country and item ordered. Methods include shipping through a USPS partner (epacket), China Air, and/or the customer's local registered mail.
Shipping times will vary depending on destination and item(s) ordered because products ship directly through our partners' facilities from various countries around the world.
Order Fulfillment
When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses and will not ship to P.O. Boxes. When using PayPal we will only ship to "confirmed" addresses.
After you have placed your order, if for some reason an item is not available to ship, the item will be cancelled from your order. We will attempt to notify you via email that an item has been cancelled from your order.
SHIPPING EXTRAS
- Tracking information is usually available for all epacket orders and will be provided after the order has been processed.
- Orders take anywhere from 3-5 days to process. Once the order is verified, the fulfillment manufacturer will provide a tracking number for all epacket orders.
- Currently, we do not offer faster shipping times, but that option will be available in the near future as we continue to build our fulfillment infrastructure. Thank you so much for your understanding and we promise your patience will be rewarded.
- For international orders (and in very rare occasions, US and CAD orders), delays can occur while your purchase is in transit or can be held up at the local customs office so it's possible to take up to 6-7 weeks for an order to be delivered.
- Additional fees such as "customs fees" may apply for international orders and we are not responsible for such fees.
